Workshops

In Diet Inside Out workshops, we attend to our psychology about food, exercise, and behavior. Unlike commercial diet plans that focus on food, exercise, and behavior, we rely on the self. We work on taking the struggle out of diet.

Activities and practices are designed to uncover the inner material that participants can shift from unconscious habits into conscious and intentional behaviors. Workshop participants can expect lectures, group discussions, guided imagery, and reflection.

Public Workshops

You can attend Diet Inside Out Workshops that are offered publicly. Most Diet Inside Out Workshops range from 6-weeks to 16-weeks. Groups are usually limited to 6 – 10 people.

Private Workshops

Diet Inside Out workshops can be presented for private groups. These workshops will be designed to meet the needs of your group and scheduled according to your requirements.
